New Customer – Averda SA

averda-webOne of CBA’s Account Managers, Sharné, started dealing with Averda SA’s branch in Cape Town, one of CBA’s existing customers. We placed a trial Samsung device at their offices. They were impressed with the technology and comfortable with the Samsung range. CBA were given the opportunity and the go ahead to upgrade all the existing machines at the Cape Town office with Samsung devices.

Angus, IT Manager for Averda SA was impressed in the professional and speedy way that Sharné handled any queries and that her communication was very good with all involved in the rollout. The detailed communication put the customer at ease and confirmed confidence within CBA’s capabilities.

When it came to an implementation plan and how the rollout would take place, Angus and the IT team from Averda wanted a host of controls put in place. Sharné co-ordinated with everyone at CBA from logistics, the delivery team, service controllers, technicians, IT teams to the product specialist who did the training. Everyone knew what the deliverables were and the CBA staff were fantastic. It was planned with precision and implemented flawlessly.

Delivery was arranged for Wednesday the 21st September 2016 with installation on Thursday the 22nd and training on Friday the 23rd. Sharné was on site for the entire time from installation and for the entire afternoon after the training, just to make sure that all users were happy with the transition.
